Mino Kodama is a Japanese designer based in New York with over 15 years of experience in product and packaging design across the beauty, music tech and consumer electronics industries. Currently working as the Design Director at Balmain Beauty under Estée Lauder, Mino specializes in translating bold creative visions into tangible, innovative products that push industry boundaries.

Throughout her career, Mino has led the design and development of more than 25 products, collaborating with in-house teams and external partners to bring concepts to life. Her work is defined by a meticulous attention to detail, a passion for material exploration, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.

Having lived and worked in Tokyo, Berlin, Los Angeles, and now New York, Mino draws inspiration from diverse cultural influences, blending aesthetics with functionality.
